RETURNS

We aim to please, but if you are not entirely satisfied with a purchase from our website we are happy to offer a refund. 

In order to make a return you must notify us within 14 working days of your receipt of the order via our returns link here. Failure to notify us in time voids our returns policy.

Goods should be returned to us unworn, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging within 28 days from the original purchase. 

All returns should be sent in the original packaging via a secure signed for and insured postal service (Royal Mail Special Delivery in the UK, UPS, Fedex or DHL). It is your responsibility to insure your returns package, to keep your proof of posting and pack your jewellery with care in the original packaging for safe transit. Please include your original order slip and notify us of the return and tracking number here. If you experience any problems with the returns process, contact us on info@florabhattachary.com. Please note that we are not responsible for any issues encountered with your postage of your return. 

For international returns, the customer will be responsible for duties and taxes on any returned or refused orders and we will deduct these from the original cost of the order if charged. Where the product needs to pass through customs borders we recommend you mark your package "British Returned Products - No Commercial Value" as description of contents on all paperwork for your chosen carrier.  However, customs duty charges may still be applied and the amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Please be aware that all special order purchases exempt from refund and exchange policies.

Customised or personalised pieces

Items made in a specific metal or stone of your choice

Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Rings with a bespoke sizing made specifically outside our standard size M stock 

Pieces which have been worn and damaged

Items offered during our archive sale

Items offered at a discounted rate

Once we are in receipt of the return we will credit your account within 14 days, for the full amount of the goods excluding any delivery charges.
